We Wish You a Merry Christmas!

Since I was not able to send a Christmas card to all of you precious blog-readers (and real-life friends), I'm going the easy route and posting a cyber-version here for you.

First, the newsletter (if you click it, it'll get larger)-

Next, the picture -

I am sure you have all been as caught up in the Christmas bustle as I have, so I'm certain that you have most likely not noticed my absence from blogdom.  If you have, thanks.  I appreciate that.

If you haven't, I still wish you a Merry Christmas anyway.  (Ha!)

May you all have a blessed day tomorrow and remember the reason for this most wonderful of holidays.
And there were shepherds living out in the fields near by, keeping watch over their flocks by night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Saviour has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger. ~Luke 2:8-12

I'm so glad you posted because I wanted to tell you that we received our favorite Christmas card in the mail yesterday, and we voted it our favorite Sheppard masterpiece.

You even dethroned the year you did the quiz. That was so cute. We look forward to what you come up with every year.

Anyway, you were at your creative best, and we loved it.

Merry Christmas to a special family!

Um... you DID remember the camera this year, right? right?

Love to you!

Jennie - Thanks for the newsletter. Enjoyed it - though it was hard for these 50-something eyes to read it - squinting helps (remember that...)

Adorable photo of your cute little elves...

Merry Christmas to you and yours - and all of the richest blessings of our Lord Jesus Christ.

GOD BLESS!

(p.s. Yes, I missed you...)

I was lamenting to Debbie the other day that I had not ever received a Sheppard masterpiece and lo and behold I opened my mail and there it was!! I absolutely adore it. You are SO creative. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for including me on your card list. I have saved your address and will add you to mine as well. (Mine, however, is just a plain old card. Sorry.)

Hope you're having the time of your life in MD with the family.
